History

Ian has had an interest in cars since he was a toddler, and decided to take the plunge into the business-world in January 2000. Since then he has learned a lot and now boasts a loyal and ever-increasing clientele.

Ian's main passion is rallying; he started out in road rallies around 17 years ago, using a 1300 Vauxhall Chevette, before moving on to rallycross. After this, he decided to take things a step further and built his first stage rally car. Since then, he has built many cars for himself and friends, mostly Ford Escort Mk IIs. Amongst these was a Peugeot 106, prepared by C.S. Rallysport into a rally car which participated in and completed the gruelling 2001 World Cup Rally (London-Sahara-London). This is an event which was held over 20 days and 6,200 miles of the most varied and sometimes vicious terrain you could ever imagine!
